Yes! We believe wholeheartedly that when you are utilizing richly concentrated levels of natural ingredients to provide the efficacies and performance you expect to see and the ability to work so well in use. It eliminates the need for us to augment our formulas with cheap synthetic ingredients.

Shipping General
The majority of web orders ship through USPS with Priority Mail Express shipping. Shipment can take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on location. Timeframes may be extended during holiday seasons or other peak periods.

Returns, Cancellations And Order Changes

Due to the sensitivity of the product and current company size, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final!
We do not offer product exchanges.
No. You must contact the retailer you purchased from and handle all returns with them.
An order cannot be modified, changed or canceled after it has been placed and order confirmation has been sent. We are not able to make any exceptions.
Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed, including shipping address. If you made a mistake on your order, please email info@oummibeauty.com once you have physically received the shipment and we will work out a return or other solution as applicable.

Yes, it is! Due to seasonality, occasionally our batches may differ slightly in color. Rest assured, the performance and efficacy of our products remain despite these slight changes.

Back Orders And Out Of Stock
From time to time we experience back orders on products that we are waiting to receive new shipments of, or are experiencing influxes of a particular product and have sold out quickly.
We actively communicate with our community through our social media platforms. We will always use these platforms to announce when a product is back in stock. To be notified via email when a product is back in stock, visit the specific product page and enter your email address as indicated, or if you have an Oummi Beauty account, click the ‘Join Waitlist’ button.
Typically we will disclose a product is out of stock before it happens. When this does occur, the product cannot be placed in your cart for purchase. However, due to variations in demand, a product may sell out. If an order is placed on an out of stock item, we will notify you and provide two options: 1. Request a refund, and replace your order when inventory has been replenished, or 2. Wait for the product to be back in stock.

Shipping Costs
$9.95 for all orders under $75.
All orders with a subtotal of $75 or more after any discounts/promo codes are applied receive free shipping. Tax is excluded from subtotal calculations. All other orders will be charged shipping fees.

Our products will maintain their efficacy for 12 months unopened and 6 months if opened.
Yes! Our entire lineup is color safe. Our natural products sourced from organic ingredients will never mess up a nice hair dye.
We always recommend using a quarter size amount of product to start, afterwards, add as much is needed for hair thickness. We recommend applying oil hair treatment product(s) on damped hair for best results before blow drying or styling.
Although we do not have a vegan certification yet, all of our products are vegan based sourced from natural cold-pressed oils and non-animal byproducts.
