How it Started
Founded in tradition and created with passion, our natural products are driven to empower customers to nourish their skin and hair.
The name “Oummi” is key to the founder’s heart and company vision. It is a word of endearment, respect, and ultimate love. The founder pays tribute to her mother who passed away in 2021 from cancer. From the founder herself, “my mother was the one who inspired and encouraged me to amplify my natural beauty through organic and homemade products and it was through her empowerment that made me start this company.” We all learn a thing or two about self-care from the women in our lives. This is for you, Oummi (my mother)”.
Why Natural?
Over the past 10 years or so we’ve witnessed a natural hair movement and Oummi Beauty wants to contribute to that. Women and men are going natural because it’s a clean and safe alternative for our health. Everything we put on the surface of our bodies is soaked through our pores or follicles and enters our bodies.
